"Imperio Restaurant - HSR Layout: A Mixed Experience. We recently chose Imperio Restaurant in HSR Layout for a team lunch and birthday celebration, a group of 15 strong. We ordered a variety of dishes including biryani, rotis, curries, grilled chicken, and mojitos. While the ambiance was pleasant and created a nice atmosphere for our gathering, the overall dining experience was marred by some significant service issues. Despite multiple reminders, our mint mojitos were never served, and we ultimately had to leave without them, which was quite disappointing. The time it took for the food to arrive after placing our order was also a concern, averaging a good 30-40 minutes, which felt like an unnecessarily long wait. Good service can truly make or break a dining experience, and unfortunately, here it really brought down our overall impression. Regarding the food, the biryani was good and served hot, though it wasn't particularly exceptional or memorable. The other dishes we tried were generally average. On the positive side, the restaurant offers plenty of seating on the second floor, and there's a small party hall available for private functions. They also have a buffet option. In summary, while the setting is nice and there's ample seating, the inconsistent service and average food quality prevent Imperio from being a top recommendation."

"Jo khaane ka Mann tha wo nahi mila.. But jo khaya wo theek hi tha.. Menu is not as huge as sitting capacity, we identified that few pages were missing so asked for another one. Staff must keep patience when a huge group is deciding about the order. Al faham and Biryani was good. Lime soda with excess salt and glazed chicken wings was soyafied were made by some learner. Just an average experience."

"My wife, 6-month-old baby, and I chose Imperio HSR for dinner after a lot of searching, but the experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. The initial service from the order-taker was poor. After placing an order for a Veg Starter Combo, Paneer Kadai, and Roti, he returned 10 minutes later to inform us that the veg fingers were unavailable, suggesting a replacement of cheese balls. When we declined and asked for veg burgers, his entire attitude changed. He then suddenly claimed that multiple Paneer dishes were unavailable. When I expressed my frustration, asking him to just tell me what they did have, his response was shocking: "How long have you been waiting?"—a completely dismissive and unacceptable reply to a paying customer. We escalated to the Manager, who was polite and humble. He promised special attention and took our order, but then incredibly, the food we were served was a non-veg dish disguised as Paneer Kadai. This was deeply offensive as we had made it clear we only eat vegetarian food, and the manager himself promised to correct the initial issues. We were ultimately forced to get up and leave the restaurant mid-meal due to these compounded errors. As we walked out, no one even bothered to acknowledge us. The manager did request us to come back and offered non-veg Paneer Kadai again, which missed the point entirely. This was an absolutely horrible experience. The order-taker..."

"I had ordered a paneer burger. The paneer patty was so hard to chew, not fresh at all. The burger bun also was not fresh. Didn’t like it."

"After ordering veg kurma they came back after 10min saying that its not available and suggest veg kadhai which was worst i wont even call it veg kadhai. We didnt even finish the food and went to another restaurant to have food. Please avoid it dont waste your money."

"They are serving frozen food with a base gravy which is pathetic plus no taste at all."

"Its my 2nd visit but but starting with: veg kadhai: only have gobi (forzon gobi big pieces they don't even bothered cutting it into pieces) , peas, carrots n gravy that it pathetic. Wait time is 15-20min for the food you get not worth it. Inside seating does not have network since we had an imp work to do when ask for wifi they said its not working but we can clearly see that wifi was up and running."
