"Service is ok but, they never serve the food properly which means if they get one plate and it is over they never turn back and move to next starter and there is no followup on what we want also. Starters taste was good. Main course is like they give just biryani rice. I have asked multiple times for prawns but they never returned. Deserts are not great..."

"As the rating goes, I love their atmosphere,the ambience. Good live music playing my favourite numbers from my college days. Awesome courteous staff to attend you at your slightest move. The food however wasn't exactly suited to my taste buds. Looks good, good in portion but somehow the taste was missing. Checked with the other members of our table and it was the same. The chicken lollypop of any other place is much better than theirs. The fish tikka didn't have much taste in it. The only good was the galauti kebeb. Pretty averge place."

"Recently had a below average experience at this outlet for tonight’s dinner. I was here for a birthday dinner. As soon as we entered, the ambiance was pretty average with nothing fancy but extremely loud noise. There was live music but so disharmonious. We kept on calling the staff for order, finally some one arrived to take order and we gave the order for Tomato basic shorba. The shorba was bad. Soggy bread, bug chunks of tomato, no flavour, just oil. We then ordered Masala papad which lacked seasoning and flavour. Below the normal bland. We then ordered the veg platter of starters which consistent of Quinoa tikki, Bharwan Aloo, chutney wale paneer tikka, tandoori broccoli and kumbh tandoori. I dont recall having such tasteless starters in my life. The quinoa tikki was uncooked so was the kumbh. The aloo wasnt crispy, too soggy as it is not fresh. The broccoli was burnt and the soya chap was another soggy disappointment. The family just couldnt take it anymore. I mean there is a limit to bad food. I dont kind the exorbitant charges but the food needs to be good if not excellent. Such high price and such below average taste? How unfair! We asked for the bill, paid the whole amount and left for the remaining dinner to be had elsewhere. It is shameful that there were so many staff members and there was no one to serve water even after 30+ minutes of arriving. We asked thrice and then got the water. The starters were served with no chutney whatsoever. How is the place even running? After spending almost 2 k and still looking for food, it was a ridiculous experience. We shared the feedback and left while still hungry. Never ever coming back to this place."

"Recent visited Salt Restaurant, nestled in the basement of NEXUS Shantiniketan, I found myself stepping into a cozy space that promises quiet refuge from the bustle of the mall above. While the seating wasn’t particularly plush, it wasn’t uncomfortable either. Think functional, not fancy. Curious to explore the South Indian flavors on their menu, I went with Rotis, Malabar Parotta, and for the curry, went with Kozhi Melagu Curry, a traditional Kerala-style spicy chicken curry. While the gravy was beautifully bold and rich in flavor, the chicken itself fell a little short. A bit rubbery and lacking the tenderness I was hoping for. That being said, the menu is extensive and definitely warrants a few more visits before drawing a final verdict. There’s potential here, and I am excited to see if other dishes at Salt can turn the dial from “average” to “awesome.” Stay tuned — the story isn’t over yet..."
