"I rarely write reviews, but my experience here was beyond disappointing and shocking. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and what should have been a joyful evening turned into a lesson in how a hotel can exploit its guests. Here’s what went wrong: Outrageous child billing: We were 6 adults + 1 child (9 years old). The child was charged ₹999, despite hardly eating anything. Realistically, a child this age would consume ₹200 max, yet the hotel charged 5 times that. Added to this, the service charge and GST on food inflated the total further. Hidden and overpriced items: Water bottles were charged at ₹140 per piece, with no prior disclosure. Other hotels like BBQ clearly display water prices, so this is deliberately misleading. Horrible, deliberate service: Staff, particularly one lady server, kept serving vegetarian items like sweet lassi and dahi poori repeatedly, despite us specifically requesting non-vegetarian BBQ sticks. The apparent intent was to fill stomachs with sweets, delaying the food we actually ordered. We ended up waiting over 10 minutes for the non-vegetarian food we requested. Unethical service charges: The overall service charge for food and water was ₹649 + ₹20, clearly shown in the bill. This was never disclosed upfront. Charging 18% service on top of already inflated bills, without informing customers, is extremely unethical. Overall: This hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a happy family celebration. The combination of hidden charges, overpriced items, deliberately poor service, and unethical billing practices is shocking. Advice: Families planning special occasions here, think twice. Management clearly prioritizes making extra money over honest service and transparency."

"I had a good experience with The kabab studio restaurant, they had buffet which had lots of food options & cuisine, the starters were really nice and the service was fast too, the main course was okay. The place had good seating capacity & it was decently crowded. The view from the top was amazing."

"We visited this restaurant yesterday for dinner. We got an offer from Swiggy Dineout for 50 pc off on the buffet price, which was one of the reasons we visited this place. The decor was too much on the face with ribbons and paper chakris placed here and there for show. The menu comparing to the original price of 1999+ taxes is just about average. Dahi puri, pani puri and veg/non veg keema pav constituted the chaat options and there were 4/4 veg and non veg starters on the grill and table. The taste was average, nothing to boast about. Lot more options on the main course, which I think wasn't required. Most buffet places have more starters compared to main course items. 3-4 varities of desserts closed the menu. Main course items were also pretty average, with daal makhni being overcooked, saag mutton lacking the masalas and chicken biryani being above average. The condiments (chutneys, sauces) were also below average. There was a person singing live on the stage and he was very good, the saving grace of the outing if I can say that. The buffet price should seriously be given a thought. It doesn't match the taste and quality of food being served to a great extent. There were people around us talking about the same thing."

We were served with mango lassi if you don’t want that you can go for canned juice Post which we were served with pani puri and papri chaat which was pretty good Post which we had starters for veg we had tandoori pineapple, mushrooms and paneer which was also good Salads were okayish, there was a cherry pickle which was amazing For main course did not have much just had garlic butter naan and paneer sabzi which was also good But they had decent options Dessert was also decent Overall food was pretty decent..."
