"The hospital medical facility is good concern is on administration and 1) House keeping they are not proactive and no proper feedback mechanism and no serious actions. 2) See the images this is the kind of pillow they give and there were nails in the wall left unattended(it's a safety concern) it's room number 206 also see the dirt in the edges even after complaining no actions been taken. 3) washroom are not clean and bulbs were not there. 4) when package is opted they should ensure the good service as been provided anyways they won't reduce any single penny in the package they why like this service. 5) We had girl baby and they had given discharge summary of boy baby. 6) Medical facility and nurses are good but like this administration problem exist there and they don't show they are correcting the concerns raised then and there."

"I got admitted on Sep 24th morning for my delivery. Nurses Geetha and Jyothi were so polite and patient in helping me with everything I need. The housekeeping staff Pushpa also did a very clean job in maintaining the bed and washroom hygiene. Much appreciated."
