Apollo Cradle & Children's Hospital

"The hospital rooms are in a highly dilapidated state- unhygienic, old, and not maintained at all. I saw roaches roaming around, which clearly reflects the lack of basic cleanliness. Are cockroaches and blood stains on curtains and sheets acceptable? The bathrooms are worse than public washrooms, making the stay extremely uncomfortable and unfit for a healthcare environment specially a children hospital. While the nursing staff was comparatively better but some sisters and management show agrssiveness and attitude (special mention to the lady manager)which is highly unacceptable, the overall experience with infrastructure and staff highlighted inexperience and poor management. I hope they go through the same what me and my family had to go through. Adding to the inconvenience, there is no functioning canteen or cafeteria after 10 PM. For patients and attendants who often need access to food and basic supplies at odd hours, this is a serious drawback. Despite these glaring issues, the charges are on par with reputed hospitals that provide modern infrastructure, professional care, and hygienic facilities. Paying such a high price for substandard conditions is unjustifiable and deeply disappointing. Will never recommend this hospital to get admitted. Trust me on this, they just want to make money from deliveries, they are not bothered about other cases. If you have insurance or not please go elsewhere. Never expected something like this from a brand like Apollo. P.S. I also believe many of the positive reviews here are not genuine. If you carefully look at the pattern, it seems highly questionable. Adding some photos as proof highlighting the conditions of the rooms."

"I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience at the hospital. The care manager Sumaya and her team were incredibly supportive, attentive, and kind throughout my mother's surgery and recovery. The entire staff was professional and caring, making sure we were comfortable and informed at every step. The hospital was also very clean and well-maintained, creating a positive and reassuring environment. Truly grateful for the excellent care highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality treatment and compassionate service!"

"Had a good experience for my mother's gynaecologist appointment as well as her surgery. The doctor Sangeetha was very professional and did very good job . The staff is very courteous and caring and took care of my mother very well. The nurse's angel,nikita and jaysree were very good and very caring in the night also multiple times they came and checked on my mother to see if anything is wrong . The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention. The hospital was impeccably clean, and the staff maintained a high standard of hygiene and organization. I want to thank heart fully THILAGAVATHI AMMA, she has taken care of my wife like her own daughter and provided great service. Thanks again to you. Overall would suggest to go to this hospital for any gynaecology related problem. The rooms are also very good and spacious."
