"I'd not recommend this hospital. Business executives deceive you by saying many things. Their package is costly 1.5L and maternity limits are around 75-90k per insurance. Business executive Sayan deceived me saying, 75k is claimed for normal or c section and rest of bill comes to 60k approx in which baby related expenses comes to 30k which is claimable under insurance since IPD. As per insurance baby who gets into IPD just after delivery or well baby care package is not claimable. Insurance denied payment. Business executive tricks you by giving 5k discount and says it's a big discount and manipal or motherhood doesn't give those discounts. Business executive scams people in this hospital. However, on the other side. Doctors are good. I liked our visit with Dr. Shobha venkat and her services to our baby. I'd give 5 star to the doctors in this hospital. For the business executive and rest of the things like cafe, stay, services by other people like nurses, billers, admins etc a 1 star. They don't give precise and correct information. Nurses are not on time and delay visits by an hour when asked. Their luxury rooms are pathetic. Most important thing in a room for a mother is clean and hygienic washroom. Their hygiene is comparable to a road side open sewage. Their expenses are off the roofs. Charging 100₹ for lemon rice or curd rice, charging 200₹ for 1 south indian thali which is not sufficient for even 1 person. Quantity is literally too less and not balanced meal. Where the nearby udupi hotel offers. budget friendly."
