"I underwent a surgery and received exceptional care throughout my stay. Dr. Indira Devi gave me the courage and moral support I truly needed. Dr. Madhuri explained the surgery clearly, putting all my fears to rest. Duty doctors visited on time and kept me well-informed daily. The sisters (nursing staff) were kind, attentive, and caring at all times. Housekeeping maintained excellent hygiene and cleanliness. The hospital atmsphere was always positive and supportive. The overall organisation and coordination were smooth and appreciable."

"Doctor : I have been seeing DR Suhasini mam from many years and she the best you have in town…genuine,ethical, straight forward, and she will make it happen :) Surgery: had a laparoscopy done by Dr Madhuri mam and she was very good in explaining the procedure and makes you so comfortable :) OPD: the staff, nurse, and doctors make you feel so comfortable in the operation theater.. Recovery:The sisters were very caring and took care of me so well in timely manner once you shift to the room…the duty doctors were so nice and explain everything very clearly :) Food: food served for the patients was so delicious, didn’t expect that in a hospital at all! The service guy gets the food on time for every meal and the entire food system is really impressive …but I wish they don’t use plastic plates..tea, coffee, juice can be served in reusable steel or glass cups…. Insurance : Paul and Prema helped me to get all the queries cleared out..they were best:) Room: room service team was so kind and everything was kept very clean … My overall experience with the entire team at motherhood was really great! Definitely recommend them:) Con: the bedsheet and towels used in the room can be upgraded as they became very old…"

"My overall experience at motherhood hospital it was satisfactory. The doctors were knowledgeable, and the treatment was effective. However, the waiting time for appointments and test results was quite long, which caused some inconvenience. The staff was polite and supportive, and the facilities were clean. If they improve on time management, it would be excellent."
