"First of all - 5 stars for delivery experience. All the staff (sisters, Akka, doctors, etc) were very helpful. Continuous care and understanding deserve most appreciation. Special thanks to Dr Ritu Sarkar, Dr Nadia, Lactation consultant, Sister Tenzing, Sister Baby, Sisters from labour room, Akka Nagaveni, Akka Anitha. However, 3 stars for the troubled experience we've had when we were asked to admit baby for jaundice photo therapy next day post discharge. We had to wait for more than 3 hours just to get the admission to room. Then basic facilities were lacking in the room, for which we had to request repeatedly. It felt like the experience in the same hospital was different between delivery/labour admission and baby admission. Hope they can bring consistency in the services."

"A special mention to Dr. Nabila Rahman, one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I have come across. She guided us through the entire process with great patience, waiting for a natural delivery without any pressure, even though it took 24 hours after admission. Truly grateful for the experience. Though the above remains true however the billing and expenses are not transparent. We we told that our insurance package is valid till discharge however we were asked to pay for 1 full day around 10K out of our pocket which means the staff didn't stick to their word. Also, the staff will use all ways to charge you even if it's a small sanitizer rub on your hand."
