"The hotel is good, with well-maintained rooms and commendable housekeeping and F&B staff. However, the front office team—particularly Mr. Rudra and the lady at the reception—were quite rude and lacked basic hospitality and courtesy. They do not exhibit the professionalism or warmth expected from front office personnel. It is important that they receive proper training on guest relations and respectful communication. Coming from a hospitality background myself, I found the experience quite disappointing. It's disheartening to be treated with such disregard by those who are meant to be the face of the property. I sincerely urge the top management to take this feedback seriously. There are already multiple concerns raised about the front office, yet no corrective action seems to have been taken."

"I stayed at Holiday Palms and had a mixed experience. Rooms were comfortable and clean with courteous service. However, food was a letdown - dishes like the buffet dinner lacked flavor and variety. If dining's important, you might eat out. Overall, decent for the price, but food needs work."

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite good and comfortable. The service provided by the other staff members was excellent — they were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. However, I did face a bit of inconvenience at the front desk. When I requested an additional copy of the bill for my two-day stay (₹5500), the lady at the reception was somewhat uncooperative and hesitant to provide it, which was unexpected. Additionally, the swimming pool was not functional during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. With a few improvements in front desk behavior and facility maintenance, the experience would be even better."

"Located beside main road. The property is widely spread and the space utilisation is good. The overall construction style is older and the room was very much ok ok type. Seems more like worth 2-2.5k instead of 4K. Food quality is mixed. Breakfast was awesome but chicken biryani was a disaster."
