"Rating it three star because the pool is not functioning and will not function for the next 15 days (as told in the reception). But we weren't informed earlier, otherwise we wouldn't have booked since that was one of the primary reasons for booking the resort. Other than that, everything else is good here. The food, sports equipments, kids play area is really good."

"Stayed here on a weekday. Check-in was fast, and I was in the room within 5 minutes. Rooms were of decent size, with basic amenities and toiletries. Room service had good options and food was quite tasty. Room was dimly lit and quite cozy."

"The service is substandard specially for room service I had to make 3 calls requesting to clean the room but still no response. The bathroom door required strength of Hercules to open it. Restaurant staff was good only that was good. But other services was bad. In short not worth it"

"The swimming pool not functional,the food items are priced at 18% GST, ideally the room tariffs should govern that,and no baby cot concept."
