"They didn't offer what they agreed and discussed. Initially when I visited they said that all the rope activities will be included in the day outing rate and after reach there, they denied what they promised and they were pointing each other. I felt insulted in front of my team that I took for team outing. Food was good. Appreciate it. Please ensure what you commit and what you service"

"The property and location were excellent. I stayed in Room 306, which is close to nature — a perfect spot to relax with family or host small functions. However, the staff's approach toward customers needs improvement, as there seemed to be a communication gap. I had booked for two nights and planned a team lunch there, but since it wasn't allowed, I had to cancel one night of my stay and move to another property."

"We went there for destination wedding and ot was awesome experience. They have got ample space for all functions. Rooms were neat amd clean. The best part was the staffs, all of them were very accomodative. Food was also sumptuous."

"Giving a negative review is the last thing I choose to do, but the front desk manager leaves me no choice. My parents had booked a room as they wanted a hotel close to the airport to pick me up. I was traveling from London to bangalore via dubai and naturally I wished to relax for an hour from 10 am till their check out time 11 am. The gentleman at the reception asked me to pay 1200 rupees if I wanted to step inside the room. Even upon requesting several times he denied me entry with a grin which was very upsetting to witness."
