"It was a great stay. Positives: 1. Lovely ambience 2. Good food 3. Great restaurant staff behaviour and the transport staff were also very polite. 4. Lot of fun activities to explore including outdoor and indoor games 5. Rabbit holes with lots of rabbits and goose to play around with. My daughter loved playing with them. Negatives: 1. Swimming pool is not well maintained and not cleaned properly. 2. A few of the Reception desk staff could have been more polite. 3. We had booked for 2 days stay at luxury villa where we faced some problems. (The AC was making a lot of noise, we complained about it but looked like it needed time to be rectified which was not possible during our stay ) 4. There was a mouse in the room, which scared us out, we called the hotel staff to get rid of it. 5. The main door latch was not getting locked from inside so we had to call the hotel carpenter to get it fixed. But all in all if i am honest the place, ambience and restaurant staffs behaviour were super good. On the third day of stay we shifted to the wooden luxury cottages, we enjoyed the stay there a lot. They are newly made so were very neat and well designed. We had a relaxed stay out there. But i would request the hotel management to look into this matters too so that when someone comes for a vacation stay, every moment should be relaxed."

"We visited as a group of about 40 people.for a day trip. Food and food options were great. Have a decent size pool. With a children's pool area. Some places were a bit dusty due to renovation/ new development. Staff is polite and welcoming. Didn't get a chance to check out the rooms. Decent amount of parking space for the guests."

"Went for day out, not sure about the rooms. View was good. Paint ball available. Event organizers were awesome. Food was tasty and okay. The only problem was about the rotis , they were not in buffet, we need to order them when having lunch, not so cool."

"We had our wedding here in April and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was a mix of English and Indian traditions, and the hotel pulled it off beautifully. The food was an absolute 10/10 ,everything was made boneless just how I wanted, and the chef really went above and beyond for us. We had plenty of beer flowing (had to keep up the English side of things!), and the hotel was so accommodating the whole way through. The setup was gorgeous most of it outdoors, with the wedding and reception inside, and the staff were amazing from start to finish. All our guests were so happy, and we definitely showed everyone how to party! There was loads for the kids to do and play. The gym and pool were ideal. I waited a while to reflect before writing this, but honestly, I can say the hotel and chef made our big day so special. Couldn’t recommend them enough."

"I'll restrict my comments to the Verve restaurant at this property. I had a breakfast meet at this location, where I had the buffet breakfast. The buffet had a decent spread, like you'd expect at a good business hotel, but not as expansive as the ones you get at 5-star hotels. The service was adequate. The restrooms were not well maintained."
