"Highly disappointed with their service. They made a commitment regarding our booking but went back on their word almost a month later. In good faith, we waited for their work to be completed and did not make a booking elsewhere, trusting that the event space was confirmed for us at the agreed-upon price. However, they suddenly decided to increase the price and offer us less than half the originally promised space. This is a very unprofessional and unreliable approach."

"The hotel manager is very unprofessional. They have NFC tokens for the lockers, which guests are supposed to keep with them for safety. However, the manager insists that we leave the token at the reception whenever we go out — even for a short time, like buying medicine. This kind of rule is not mentioned anywhere in their policy, and even the receptionists were unaware of it. It seems like this manager made it up on his own and was trying to blame the poor receptionists. I request the senior management to look into this matter and ensure that such people, who lack empathy for both staff and customers, are replaced with someone more responsible and understanding."
