"I came here around two years ago when I didn’t know anything about swimming — like, zero experience. In just a couple of months, I was swimming properly, and honestly, a lot of the credit goes to the coaches. They were super helpful and very very patient, and actually knew how to teach every one well. The pools are heated, which made things way easier, especially in colder weather. The place is also pretty clean — bathrooms and changing rooms were well-maintained and kept neat and clean, and that’s something I always notice. There’s a lot of parking space too, so no stress about where to leave your vehicle. It’s not overcrowded. You get enough space to swim without bumping into 10 people. And there’s a shaded platform above where people can watch the swimmers without sitting in the sun or rain — nice touch. And People of any age group are free to join. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re just starting out with swimming. clean place, good coaches — definitely recommend."

"My recent visit was deeply frustrating. Despite investing in high-quality, 100% polyester swimwear from Decathlon (the same type readily approved at two other HRX swimming centers), the manager here arbitrarily decided it wasn't acceptable. This baffling decision pales in comparison to the shocking condition of the facility itself. The stench from the toilets was unbearable, lockers were visibly damaged, and the floors were grimy and stained. It's truly astonishing that a place with such a lax approach to cleanliness and maintenance can be so rigid about a customer's appropriate swimwear."

"The sport complex has a big swimming pool and badminton court. I have personally went to the Swimming classes for the first time it is free on trial basis through cult app. My first time experience was so good swimming pool was so clean and it has heated water and you can also take shower in the changing area, they have locker for the personal belonging The coach for Swimming are awesome. They teach you so well that within a week you will start floating and swimming later on they will teach you advance skills Make sure you have proper swimming costume with head cap, otherwise they won’t allow you to swim ."

"Today a lady ( customer) had some issue during the class and instead of solving customer’s issue , the whole coach and swim support staff cornered her to irritate and annoy her during her swim session . There is a “coach in a military haircut very short hair”, i don’t know his name but he was unethical and completely unprofessional to talk to a customer. He raised his hand while speaking to a lady customer which is borderline ending into violence kinda just didn’t happen from the coach fortunately…. I highly condemn this act of the cult coaches that they conspire against a customer and specially a lady customer, raise their voice and raise finger and hand on her face trying to suppress her voice and shut her up…. Is this a charity that you cult is giving to customers???? How dare a support staff do it???? Please look at the CCTV footage of this which happend in the corner of the pool area…. Do not ever do this to a customer again…. We pay and then use your services… I hope that lady finds a lawyer and reports this swimming facility….. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AT YOUR HIGHEST URGENCY….."

Despite wearing high-quality, 100% polyester swimwear from Decathlon—identical to what's been perfectly acceptable at two other HRX swimming centers—the manager here inexplicably deemed it unsuitable. This arbitrary enforcement of rules was not only confusing but completely overshadowed by the facility’s far more pressing issues. The condition of the premises was frankly unacceptable. An overwhelming stench emanated from the toilets, several lockers were broken or unusable, and the floors throughout were grimy and stained. It’s baffling that a center so indifferent to basic hygiene and upkeep would be so rigid about something as minor—and subjective—as a customer’s swimwear. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unwelcoming. I won't be returning, and I’d advise others to think twice before visiting."

"Rude management. They do not educate their customers, do not listen to what the customer wants to say and and no help provided. They will just throw customers out of the pool saying some rules and policies which were not even told to customers before entering the pool. Very pathetic service provided"
