"I have been using the swimming facility here for over a year and have had no complaints until now. The teachers and staff are excellent — always supportive and friendly, which makes the experience enjoyable. However, for the past month, I’ve noticed that the water level in the pool has been consistently low. Initially, I assumed it would be corrected soon, but the issue still persists. I hope the game theory management can look into this and take necessary action at the earliest."

"The staff at the Yemalur branch are very courteous and professional; however, the customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. I had subscribed to the Gold Plan (₹32,000), but unfortunately, my daughter was unwell, and I requested to pause the plan. I was informed that the plan allows pausing only for 5–6 days at a time and up to 15 times in total. However, due to a bug in the app, it incorrectly indicated that I had paused the plan seven times, even though I had done it only once. To add to the issue, the app currently allows pausing for only one day at a time, which is highly inconvenient. Additionally, during my chat with Ms. Nandita Iyengar from customer support, the session was disconnected abruptly, which has happened multiple times before. As a result, I had to repeatedly explain the issue to different representatives, which was both time-consuming and frustrating. It gives the impression that once the payment is made, customer support becomes unresponsive. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter and improves both technical reliability and post-sales support. Until then, I’d advise others to be cautious—especially if you may need flexibility due to health or personal reasons."
