"I’ve been a regular visitor to this play center for quite some time, and I must say, the improvements under the management of Mr. Dixit have been remarkable. The overall maintenance and quality of the center have seen a significant upgrade. The swimming pool, in particular, is in excellent condition now – clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The water quality and hygiene have improved drastically, making it a great place for both beginners and regular swimmers. I was playing on Court 3 from 7:00 to 8:00 AM IST. While taking a backward step to hit the shuttlecock, my foot slipped unexpectedly, resulting in severe joint pain. This incident has caused significant discomfort and may require medical attention. I believe this may be due to inadequate maintenance of the court surface, and I would like to lodge a complaint against the maintenance team responsible. Ensuring player safety should be a top priority, and I request that this matter be investigated promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future."
