"The employees take up half the park for their personal enjoyment they don’t allow the people who have paid to actually play to jump in their area , very poor work ethic the best trampoline parks in town are LOCO BEAR and SKY JUMPER where employees take it upon themselves to actually ensure the safety of their customers instead of jumping for their own personal entertainment"

"Gyanesh was an absolute star! He was incredibly supportive and fun throughout our rock climbing experience. Always encouraging and full of energy, he made the whole activity feel safe and exciting. "The behaviour of staffs at reception is awful. They speak like giving orders. They are not ready to hand over the bands till we made the queue. It seems that we have made some crime to book for whole group of 6. We need stand in proper queue to get one one band and socks handed over like prasadam. They need to work on their communication skills, people come here for fun not to follow orders at entrance.. worst experience in any fun game world/ amusement venues across India."

"I visited Bounce Inc Bangalore to inquire about organizing a birthday party and allowed my kids to play while I spoke to the staff. Unfortunately, a few staff members were shockingly rude and dismissive, even towards the kids. Their behaviour was completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a place meant for children and families. Although a couple of staff members were friendly and supportive, the rudeness of others ruined the entire experience. This is not what I expected from a reputed kids’ play venue. The management seriously needs to train their staff in customer handling, communication, and basic courtesy. I would not recommend this place for birthday parties or family outings unless they improve their attitude."
