"Ita better visited in during the day light when it allegedly works. I was there in the evening so could see it work. Moreover the fences do make it difficult to observe things."

"The Floral Clock in Lalbagh Botanical Garden is a popular attraction, featuring a large, colorful clock face made of flowers and foliage. The clock was installed by HMT in 1983. Statues of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs surrounding the clock. This seven-meter-wide floral clock is one of HMT's seven signature clocks hat were placed in select cities across India. The other clocks are: tower clock, solar clock, population clock, display clock, master slave clock and international clock. The clock uses an electronic oscillator regulated by a quartz crystal to keep time."

"One of the beautiful attractions within Lalbagh is worth spending some time around. Some small animal statues for kids to have fun with and a clock designed by HMT with floral decoration is definitely a must watch. It is well surrounded by lush green and beautifully maintained gardens."
